• All garden lights are set with an energy saving bulbs.
• The house has a heat insulation, which is keeping the villa airy enough and helps the guests use the cooling airconditioners only at the very hot summer days.
• Additionally the WC-s in the house have a half-flushing button to save the water consumption.
• Because it is more environmentally efficient to dry clothes outside in the summer rather than using an electric dryer, in the villa are provided a clothes line and clothes pins.
• The green policy of the villa encourages guests to use the washing mashine and the dishwasher only at full capacity, taking shower, instead of bath, air-conditioners to be swiched off, when guests are not at the villa and shutting the tap when brushing teeths or shaving.

Избягваш караницата за съседни стаи в хотела, не се храниш по час и под строй на шведска маса, не ставаш рано сутрин, за да запазиш шезлонг край басейна, камериерката не влиза в 8:00 или по време на следобедната ти дрямка, за да почисти, при влизане и излизане не привличаш погледите на персонала. Ваканционната вила ти дава възможността да се насладиш на почивката си по свой собствен начин – да се излежаваш цял ден край тихия и спокоен басейн или да изледваш местните забележителности и вечерта да си приготвиш късна вечеря със семейството си. Ти решаваш!

2. ПРОСТРАНСТВО И УДОБСТВО: Няма две мнения, че вилата е много по-просторна от една хотелска стая. В уречения час можете да сложите децата да спят в тяхната самостоятелна спалня, а вие да си направите семейна вечеря или барбекю с приятели, да погледате телевизия, да поплувате в басейна или да изпиете по един студен коктейл след залез слънце, и всичко това без да се налага да вървите на пръсти. С добре оборудваната кухня във всяка вила, ти решаваш дали ще се насладите на домашно приготвени ястия или ще посетите местния ресторант. Изборът на закуска, обяд и вечеря зависи от теб. А с наличието на пералня, определено не е нужно да опаковаш 14 чифта чорапи.
